JOB OVERVIEW

THE ROLE:
**Must include portfolio and social accounts you have worked on or application will not be considered. Must be able to do a test project and deliver in a timely manner. **

We are seeking a creative and versatile individual to fill the role of Social Media Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and designing visually stunning graphics to captivate our audience. YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF:

Strategy & Execution
* Oversee podcast production timelines and repurpose into clips, reels, carousels, emails, YT descriptions, and show notes.
* Leverage social platforms (IG, FB, X, YT, LinkedIn, FB) to grow visibility and generate inbound leads.
* Maintain and evolve brand positioning across website, email, events, and social.
* Track performance and report KPIs weekly

Content & Media Execution
* Own the content calendar; align with launches/offers, key dates, and events.
* Turn long-form (podcast/video/live) into snackable assets (shorts, reels, carousels, tweets, captions, emails).
* Write hooks, captions, CTAs; QA every deliverable; publish on schedule.
* Coordinate assets with EA for approvals, guests, and cross-promo.
You’ll Be In Charge Of
* Developing and executing organic social strategies across IG, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
* Designing on-brand, scroll-stopping content: Reels, carousels, stories, thumbnails, GIFs, animations, email headers, launch graphics.
* Creating content for key campaigns and events to drive leads, course sales, and community growth.
* Editing short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube/Podcast).
* Managing and optimizing posting schedules, engagement, and analytics basics.
* Collaborating on promotions, launches, and Skool community activations.
* Staying ahead of platform trends, tools, and viral hooks.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
-Proven experience running and growing social accounts for a brand or influencer (bonus if it’s in real estate, coaching, or content creator space)
-Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
-Short-form and long-form video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent
-Strong understanding of brand storytelling and psychology-backed marketing
-A strategic brain that gets content that converts (not just content that looks pretty)
-Excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and quick execution
-Obsessed with aesthetics, performance, and always learning
-Able to work independently, own the outcome, and move at the pace of Play Bigger

Most “marketing assistants” post for engagement. This role is built for conversion + growth.

-Have experience with Kartra or Go High Level or Wordpress
-Have knowledge of different AI Tools & Automation and can manage multiple accounts
-Understand how to optimize CTAs and turn followers into buyers
-Love creating behind-the-scenes content, podcast promo clips, or live event coverage
