Webflow Website Updates

About Us:
I run a small U.S.-based professional services business with a Webflow website that needs occasional updates — things like posting new content, adjusting layouts, adding/updating collections (blog, team, etc.), and making design tweaks. The site is already live and established; I just need someone reliable who can make updates quickly and accurately when requested.

Role Overview:

I am looking for someone to build the blog template for my site. I have already created the first blog entry and need someone who knows how to get the blog live and easy to use.

I then will also want to develop a "subscribe to my newsletter" feature so my blog posts will be emailed to subscribers.

There will then be opportunities for future updates and improvements in Webflow, as requested and within reasonable turnaround time. Workload will vary — some weeks may have multiple small tasks, other weeks none — so this is ideal for someone looking for flexible, project-based work.

Responsibilities:

Update and publish new blog posts and content in Webflow CMS

Make design or layout adjustments (text, images, links, collections)

Add or edit pages as needed

Ensure site remains responsive and visually consistent

Occasionally troubleshoot or improve site performance or SEO structure

Requirements:

Strong experience using Webflow (please include your portfolio or sample sites)

Understanding of CMS collections, dynamic lists, and linking content

Basic understanding of responsive design and layouts

Reliable communication and ability to turn around small tasks quickly

Comfortable using Slack or email for task coordination

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Graphic design or layout eye (basic Figma or Canva familiarity)

Light SEO or content structuring knowledge

Compensation:

Project-based or hourly (depending on the task and your experience and speed)

Paid promptly after each task or weekly for ongoing work
