I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who can fully manage my eBay dropshipping business from A to Z. You must understand how to find winning products, list them correctly, and manage orders while keeping the account healthy and compliant with eBay’s policies.

This role is for someone who already knows how to operate eBay dropshipping stores efficiently and can work independently with little supervision.

???? Responsibilities

Create and manage my eBay seller account

Conduct product research to find high-demand, low-competition winning products

Source products from reliable US suppliers (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon, etc.)

Optimize listings with SEO titles, clear descriptions, and high-quality images

Handle order fulfillment, tracking numbers, and supplier coordination

Manage returns, messages, and feedback professionally

Monitor performance metrics and ensure no policy violations or late shipments

Reprice and restock items to maintain competitiveness

Proven experience in eBay dropshipping (please provide store links or screenshots)

Strong knowledge of eBay dropshipping policies

Experience using tools such as AutoDS, DSM Tool, Zik Analytics, or similar

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
