JOB OVERVIEW

Bring imagination to life — one website at a time!

At Tashi Non-Stop, we create whimsical, interactive courses and playful flipbooks for children ages 4–10 — especially those with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and other learning differences.
Our mission is to make learning feel like play, discovery, and pure joy.

We’re looking for a Web Designer (Project-Based) with a magical touch — someone who can transform our vision into a digital playground that delights kids, comforts parents, and celebrates unique ways of learning.

What You’ll Do
• Design a whimsical, responsive, and lightweight website that reflects the magical world of Tashi Non-Stop.
• Create layouts, graphics, and interactions that feel like a storybook — fun for kids and easy for parents to use.
• Apply neurodivergent-friendly design principles (clear navigation, minimal overwhelm, accessibility-focused).
• Collaborate with our team to showcase characters, courses, badges, and games.
• Provide design assets (mockups, UI kits, style guides) for WordPress + Tutor LMS integration.
• Add subtle magical touches (micro-animations, glowing buttons, fun hover states).

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer (portfolio required).
• A strong eye for playful, child-focused design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress & Elementor (Tutor LMS experience is a bonus).
• Ability to design for accessibility and neurodivergent learners.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to deliver within deadlines.

Nice to Have
• Experience with kids’ brands, edutainment, or gamified learning.
• Illustration or motion graphics skills.
• Understanding of gamification (badges, progress, rewards).

Project Details
• Type: Project-based only
• Duration: 1 month
• Work Setup: Remote / Flexible hours
