TikTok Shop Manager for Dog Supplement brand

We are hiring proven TikTok shop manager, Walmart manager and Amazon manager.

We are Chewziez. A premium U.S. dog supplement and vitamin brand dedicated to improving dog's health and wellness through high-quality, vet-approved formulations.

We’re now expanding onto TikTok Shop — and we’re looking for a proven TikTok Shop Expert to lead the launch, marketing, and growth of this channel.

We already work with dog influencers and content creators to drive awareness and user-generated content. Now we need someone who can turn that ---------- ntum into a scalable sales engine.

- Your Mission:

You’ll take full ownership of our TikTok Shop growth — from setup to scale — while managing content, creators, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and fully optimize our TikTok Shop storefront and listings.

Create and manage marketing campaigns that drive consistent revenue.

Coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to maximize exposure and sales.

Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with TikTok trends and our brand voice.

Handle affiliate outreach, negotiations, and relationship management.

Collaborate with influencer managers and the brand team to ensure content pipeline consistency.

Analyze TikTok Shop and ad data, scale winning campaigns, and continuously improve performance.

Stay on top of TikTok Shop algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements (Must-Have)

? Proven success managing or launching TikTok Shop for a $5M+ e-commerce operation (supplements, beauty, pet, or health preferred).
? Strong understanding of TikTok content marketing, paid ad strategies, and conversion optimization.
? Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and UGC campaigns.
? Ability to reach out, communicate, and build long-term relationships with influencers and affiliates.
? Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of performance tracking and ROI.
? Excellent English communication skills.
? Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision and deliver results fast.
