We’re a husband-and-wife team passionate about building a company that brings joy to communities through safe, clean, high-quality rentals. We’re looking for a Virtual Office Manager who can help us stay organized, manage operations, and ensure smooth communication across our growing team.
Position Overview
As our Virtual Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently. You’ll manage administrative systems, oversee scheduling and CRM organization, and support customer communication. You’ll also work closely with ownership to handle day-to-day office functions and ensure our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities (Training Provided)
You’ll have clear systems, training videos, and ongoing support to succeed. Your daily tasks will include:
Managing the company CRM (updating client data, bookings, and notes)
Monitoring
Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service routes
Coordinating with production and sales teams for event logistics
Managing invoices, contracts, and payments (training provided)
Creating and sending customer confirmation and follow-up
Generating weekly reports (sales, leads, performance metrics)
Supporting company marketing tasks when needed (posting, updating listings, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. You should enjoy building systems and helping a small business grow.
Requirements:
Excellent written & spoken English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Experience with CRM or admin software (ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar a plus)
Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST (U.S. hours)
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Weekly pay (via PayPal)
