About Us:
We’re a faith-based marriage coaching organization helping Christian couples restore peace, purpose, and passion in their relationships. Our mission is to help couples grow closer to Christ and each other through practical, biblical wisdom.

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who understands how to attract the right audiences (Christian couples, families, and faith-based individuals) and turn them into leads through compelling ad campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ad campaigns for webinars, lead magnets, and courses
• Conduct audience research and build detailed targeting strategies
• Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creatives
• Manage Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and event configuration
• Create retargeting campaigns and track conversions through GHL
• Provide weekly reports on performance metrics and insights
• Collaborate with our GHL VA to ensure proper funnel integration

Requirements
• 1+ year experience running Meta Ads for coaches, consultants, or online courses
• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, tracking, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Pixel setup and custom conversions
• Understanding of ad compliance and content guidelines
• Creative mindset — able to make ad ideas that connect with real people
• Strong written English

Bonus Points
• Experience with Christian or family-based audiences
• Basic design ability (Canva, etc.) for ad creatives
• Familiarity with Go High Level or other CRMs

Working Details
• Remote position
• Part-time (10 hrs/week) to start
• Pay: $5–$10 USD/hour depending on experience; flat rate for initial campaign
• Weekly pay via Wise or PayPal
