Go High Level (GHL) Funnel Builder & Automation Specialist for Christian Coaching Business

About Us:
We’re a faith-based marriage coaching organization helping Christian couples restore peace, purpose, and passion in their relationships. Our mission is to help couples grow closer to Christ and each other through practical, biblical wisdom.

We’re looking for a Go High Level Specialist who can set up and manage our funnels, automations, and email campaigns. You’ll work directly with our founder (a licensed psychologist, pastor, and couples coach) to turn ideas into fully functioning marketing systems that run smoothly and beautifully.

Responsibilities
• Build and optimize funnels inside Go High Level (landing pages, opt-ins, confirmation pages, etc.)
• Create and manage email campaigns and automated follow-up workflows
• Configure tags, triggers, and pipelines for leads and clients
• Set up automated enrollment into community groups or online courses
• Integrate Go High Level with Meta Ads, Stripe, and Zoom
• Manage CRM organization, ensuring all contacts are tagged and tracked correctly
• Test automations, troubleshoot errors, and keep everything running efficiently

Requirements
• 1+ year experience with Go High Level (GHL)
• Strong understanding of automations, workflows, triggers, and pipelines
• Experience connecting lead forms, calendars, and payment integrations
• Able to design functional and visually clean funnel pages
• Basic understanding of email deliverability and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, etc.)
• Excellent English communication and organization skills
• Collaborate with our Meta Ads VA to ensure proper funnel integration

Bonus Points
• You’ve worked with coaches, consultants, or online course creators
• You know how to build dashboards and simple analytics reports
• You’ve used Zapier or Pabbly for integrations

Working Details
• Remote position
• Part-time (up to 10 hrs/week) to start, with full-time potential
• Pay: $5–$10 USD/hour, depending on experience; flat rate to start
• Weekly pay via Wise or PayPal
