Psycle Health is a marketing agency helping mental health and wellness clinics grow through targeted, compliant, and conversion-focused advertising. We work closely with clinics offering treatments like ketamine therapy, TMS, Spravato, and integrative psychiatric care to drive high-quality leads and improve patient access to life-changing care. Our clients trust us to manage their digital presence, scale their paid advertising, and improve organic visibility. Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Website Management Specialist to oversee client website maintenance, monthly reporting, and service delivery across our tiered management packages. This role requires managing multiple client accounts through various platforms, with primary web development work conducted on Duda.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Service Delivery
Execute monthly website management tasks across three package tiers
Perform monthly plugin/widget updates, security monitoring, and mobile responsiveness checks for all client sites
Generate and deliver monthly analytics dashboards, site audits, and performance reports with actionable recommendations
Manage Google Business Profiles, including monthly post creation with copy

SEO & Content Management
Conduct monthly SEO audits with essential updates and optimization recommendations for Professional and Market Leader clients
Perform keyword rank tracking (10-20 keywords depending on package tier) and monthly competitor analysis (up to 3 competitors)
Coordinate blog article posting and review content for SEO optimization
Manage local listing optimization through Yext and monitor up to 3 service locations per client

Technical Support & Development
Handle incoming client support tickets with priority response times (48 business hours for Professional+ clients)
Process and fulfill new site creation requests on Duda platform (Net-new site development)
Execute emergency basic updates (2 per month for Essentials clients)
Create new web pages with up to 5 sections, including forms, CTAs, and assessment scale integrations

Client Communication & Strategy
Deliver quarterly strategy video overviews for Professional clients and monthly strategy calls for Market Leader clients
Present monthly security reports and performance analyses
Provide expert-level consultation on complex SEO topics and digital marketing strategies

Add-On Services Coordination
Manage social media posting services across multiple platforms with website backlinks
Coordinate custom form creation, calculator integrations, and lead generation tools
Oversee SEO-driven niche page development for specific service lines

Required Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience in website management and SEO optimization
Demonstrated ability to discuss complex SEO topics at an advanced level
Proficiency with Duda website builder platform
Experience with analytics tools, local listing management platforms (Yext preferred), and keyword tracking software
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and monthly deliverables
Technical troubleshooting abilities for WordPress/CMS platforms

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Business Profile management
Background in digital marketing or content strategy
Familiarity with security monitoring and performance optimization tools
Understanding of healthcare/mental health industry (clients include behavioral health practices)

Work Requirements
Ability to manage concurrent monthly reporting cycles across multiple client tiers
Comfortable working with project management and ticketing systems
Self-directed with strong time management to meet recurring monthly deadlines
Able to work 9-5pm MST hours Mon-Fri.
