About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in Amazon FBA. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, including data entry, order management, and supplier communication.

Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry between various software platforms and spreadsheets
• Maintain and update information using Google Sheets
• Work with tools like SellerAmp and SellerBoard
• Learn and manage a new software platform for tracking online orders and inventory
• Communicate professionally via email with suppliers regarding orders and shipments

Qualifications:
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon FBA operations preferred
• Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with SellerAmp, SellerBoard, or similar tools
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills for email correspondence
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time (flexible schedule, approximately 5 hours a week
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
