Senior Inbound Nurturing/Engagement Specialist for a Spiritual Development Coaching Company

About Us
We are a spiritual development company that helps people on the spiritual path shift from their head back to the heart through a 12-week high-ticket transformational mentoring program.

Our calendar is fully booked and every prospective client travels through a powerful pre-call process to help deepen their connection before their call. Your presence prepares them via email for that transformational first conversation with our team.

Your Role
As a Pre-Call Nurturing Specialist, this is a long-term position where you will:
• Engage and nurture new inbound bookings via email to complete the required homework before their call (full training, support and email SOP’s provided)
• Display exceptional reflective writing skills – able to accurately reflect an applicants words and feelings with warmth.
• Reflect back the exact feelings they share—softly and without judgment—so they feel deeply heard, understood and supported.
• Track all communication in our CRM and keep the enrollment team informed with simple, clear updates.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house sales team who will be taking the calls, ensuring a smooth handover of potential clients in alignment with AEST time zones
• Stay updated on our service to effectively communicate with potential clients in these ways of the heart
• Commit to 2–4 hours of focused engagement per day, completing email tasks before 8 AM AEST and again before 3 PM AEST, including weekends.

About You
You already live from your heart—this isn’t just a concept for you, it’s your natural state.
You bring:
• Exceptional listening skills - able to reflect someone’s inner world with warmth and precision via email.
• A gentle, natural writing style that feels supportive rather than scripted.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to stay grounded while holding space for deep emotions.
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume email, preferably in a high-ticket sales environment
• Strong organizational skills and results focused to achieve and exceed KPIs (ie 31%+ response rate) and enjoy routine and detail
• A-Player familiarity with the GoHighLevel platform or similar CRM’s

• You’re seeking casual side work rather than a long-term, heart-aligned role
• You paraphrase loosely, interpret emotions, or insert personal judgments
• You avoid deep conversations or spiritual topics.
• You need constant supervision to stay on track and are not self-managed to meet and exceed KPI’s.

Contract & Growth
• Independent contractor role supported by clear SOP’s, guidance and support.
• Opportunities for expanded hours into a F/T role. Pay increases after one year based on KPI performance.
