Cold Caller / SDR for Local SEO Agency (Full Time)

I'm looking for a full-time, long-term cold-caller with experience talking to cold leads over the phone.

You’ll be responsible for calling U.S. business owners, following a short script, and identifying those interested in improving their local SEO or online presence. We’ll provide the lead lists, the script, and full training — your job is to call, qualify interest, and log accurate results. You will use Cloudtalk for making calls and Google Sheets to track leads and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using our CloudTalk system (U.S. number provided).
- Follow the call script and adjust naturally based on the conversation.
- Record each call outcome in Google Sheets (Interested / Not Interested / Follow-Up).
- Report daily totals: number of calls, connect rate, and total interested/booked calls.
- Communicate with the team through WhatsApp for updates and instructions.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone with all prospects.

NOTE: This is not a closing role. You are just making initial calls to prospects. Once they've indicated interest we will follow-up with them.

Requirements:

- Strong English speaking and listening skills.
- Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales preferred.
- Stable internet connection.
- Quiet office/workspace, computer/laptop, and reliable headset for calling.
- Comfortable working 9 AM – 5 PM EST (9 PM – 5 AM PH time).
