Virtual Assistant for U.S. School Email Research & Outreach Tracking (Education Industry)

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist in building and managing a verified list of U.S. K–8 school staff contacts for outreach purposes.

You’ll research and verify school emails, upload them into our outreach platform, send pre-written campaigns, and forward interested replies to our team.

This work supports our social-emotional learning (SEL) program, trusted by schools, counselors, and therapists nationwide.

There are over 130,000 schools in the United States. Our goal is to build a verified database of 10,000–15,000 qualified school contacts for outreach over the next several months.

Responsibilities:

Research K–8 public and private schools across the U.S.

Collect verified contact information for:

School Counselors
SEL Coordinators
Principals / Assistant Principals
Directors of Student Services or Wellbeing

Record contacts in Google Sheets (School, Name, Title, Email, City, State, Verified Y/N).

Verify all emails using Hunter.io, Apollo, or RocketReach.

Upload verified leads into Instantly.ai, send approved outreach emails, and track results.

Forward all interested or positive replies directly to our team.

Weekly Targets & Quality Standards:

20 hours per week
800–1,200 new, verified contacts weekly (?40–60/hour)
Minimum 90% verified deliverability (no generic info@ emails)
Organize leads by state and role
Provide a short weekly progress report with totals and notes

Requirements:
Excellent English reading and writing skills
Prior experience with lead generation or email research
Familiarity with email verification tools (Hunter.io, Apollo, RocketReach, etc.)
Reliable internet, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet goals

Pay & Hours:
$6–$7 USD per hour
20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Paid weekly via contract platform
