JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Google Merchant Center (GMC) Specialist to join our team at Next Scale.
This is a long-term position for someone who can help us manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center accounts for multiple e-commerce brands.

You must be analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with Google’s policies and tools. Strong communication skills and a structured approach are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Please answer the following questions if you are interested:

Do you have experience managing Google Merchant Center accounts?

Have you ever fixed policy violations such as “Misrepresentation” or “Website Needs Improvement”?

Do you have experience with Google Ads or product feed optimization?

Are you familiar with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms?

Are you available for 4–6 hours a day, 5–6 days a week?

As a Google Merchant Center Specialist at Next Scale you must have:

Solid understanding of Google Merchant Center policies and requirements

Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, and product feed management

Ability to diagnose and resolve policy issues

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical workflows

Good English communication (written and verbal)

Reliable internet connection and a problem-solving mindset

Your duties will include:

Creating and verifying Google Merchant Center accounts for clients

Linking Merchant Center with Shopify and Google Ads

Reviewing and optimizing product feeds to ensure full compliance

Troubleshooting and resolving issues like “Misrepresentation” or “Website Needs Improvement”

Managing site verifications and product diagnostics

Reporting account status and updates to the team via ----------

Supporting the onboarding and setup process for new e-commerce clients
