English Tutor for online teaching

Online English Tutor for Kids (GROUP and 1-on-1 | Evenings Turkey Time | Long-Term)

We are an educational team based in Turkey, seeking experienced and passionate English tutors to teach small groups online speaking lessons for children aged 8–12.
Our program focuses on fluency, confidence, and enjoyable communication, especially for learners around the Cambridge Starters level (pre A1 and A1)

Schedule

Monday to Saturday

6:00 PM – 8:30 PM Turkey Time
(11:00 PM – 1:30 AM Philippines Time)

Each class is 60 minutes, taught via Google Meet

Expected teaching load: min 6 lessons per week (? 6 hours weekly / ~24 hours monthly) and might be more.

Rate: $3.50 USD per teaching hour

Approximate monthly total: ~$84 USD (24 hours × $3.50/hour)

? Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, or related field)

Minimum 1 year of experience teaching young learners (online or offline)

Excellent English communication skills (neutral or light accent preferred)

Stable internet connection (min. 10 Mbps)

Quiet workspace, HD webcam, and good headset

Responsible, patient, and enthusiastic teaching style

Familiarity with Cambridge Starters level or similar beginner curricula

Creative and engaging lesson delivery

Comfortable using online teaching tools (e.g., Wordwall, Quizizz)
