We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help us increase sign-ups for our business directory through targeted outreach and automated email campaigns.

This is a project-based role — ideal for someone who can take ownership, build systems fast, and deliver measurable results.

Scope of Work

You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of email list building and campaign execution using Clay.
Your main goals:

Build a highly targeted email list of businesses based on our ideal customer profile (industry, location, size, etc.)

Set up automated email sequences in Clay (including follow-ups)

Deliver high-quality outreach campaigns that convert into sign-ups

Report results and key metrics

Responsibilities

Use Clay to find, filter, and verify business contacts

Segment the email list based on targeting criteria

Set up and manage automated campaigns inside Clay

Optimize deliverability, timing, and message sequencing

Track and report performance (open rates, CTR, replies, sign-ups)

Requirements

Proven experience with Clay (this is essential — please share examples)

Experience running cold email outreach campaigns

Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

Experience with B2B lead generation is a plus
