Content creator and digital media marketer needed

I run a small business creating personalised wishing wells for weddings and special events. I’m looking for a content creator and digital media marketer to manage my social media, content and email marketing, so I can focus on growing my business.

I would like to start with a 1 month trial and then continue with ongoing work if we are good a fit.

What I need:

Weekly marketing planning and content creation
Social media posts, email newsletters, blogs
Caption writing and hashtags
Basic engagement with users(replying to comments and messages)
Content planning and scheduling
Creating daily posts, reels, stories and carousels.
Generate ideas to help grow reach and follower base, drive more traffic to website.
Provide me with reports on performance, clicks and plans for the following week, so I know what is going on.
Occassional editing of raw videos to turn into reels/posts.

Ideal candidate:
Experience managing Instagram & Facebook for small businesses
Great at using Canva or photoshop
Good eye for modern, wedding/event aesthetics, with cohesive consistent posts
Can work independently with minimal input
Someone that posts with intention and quality. I would rather 2 valuable post than 8 spam posts.
Proactive with ideas to boost engagement, grow followers, and turn social traffic into enquiries or sales.
Bonus if you are really great at creating reels!
