Event Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Project-Based | Long-Term Opportunity)

I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me fill my online business events with aligned, qualified attendees.

You’ll connect with coaches, service providers, and online business owners who are a perfect fit for my workshops and trainings - people who want to grow their business without relying on social media.

This is a project-based role. You can work on your own schedule and pace, with ongoing opportunities for long-term collaboration if we’re a good fit.

Responsibilities
• Research potential attendees using provided criteria (e.g., online business owners, coaches, course creators).
• Find contact details ethically through websites, podcasts, collaborations, and directories (training provided).
• Send personalised email invitations using approved templates (no cold DMs or social media spamming).
• Track outreach results in Google Sheets or Airtable.
• Provide weekly updates on leads, registrations, and progress.

Qualifications
• Excellent written English (you’ll be communicating under our brand voice).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRM systems).
• Friendly, professional, and confident in outreach-style work.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven - you enjoy being rewarded for results.
