I’m looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant. This role is only for
candidates who have already supported e-commerce founders. If you don’t meet this exact

???? What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant for an e-commerce founder
- Actively using & learning the latest AI Tools & Trends
- Highly organized and proactive > Building & Optimizing Workflows
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Strong with Google Sheets (formulas, visualizing)
- Experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one marketplace (Amazon or
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with multiple marketplaces (Amazon,
Decathlon)
- Experience sourcing & managing affiliate, influencer, or B2B partnerships
- Background in financial coordination
- Familiarity with travel planning and personal assistance tasks
- Interest in personal development & productivity tools

Back-end data entry (promotions, product info, pricing updates)
Building SOPs & workflows for business processes
Improving internal systems & efficiency
