Video Editor for Long Form Videos on Youtube

Please, read the whole post before contacting me.

I am looking for a video editor that I can work together with on a faceless Youtube channel. I already have someone that will provide scripts for our channel, you would only need to create the visual part of the videos that matches what the narrator says. It will be a "documentary style" type of channel so the video should be as informative as the script itself.

That being said, I am not looking for someone that can only create istock footage type of videos. I am looking for someone that can go much deeper with editing and creating footage.

Keep in mind the fact that it's a "faceless channel" meaning you would have to create the whole video from scratch, only the script and elevenlabs subscription will be provided.

You would also need to be creative with ---------- s, sound effects, texts on screen, visual elements, captions, backround music, and so on. The video should be packed with value and dynamicity. VERY IMPORTANT, the whole video has to be extremely dynamic, especially the first 4-5 minutes. scenes must be not longer than 3-4 seconds in that first part of the video.

I have 2 options for you regarding our partnership.

Option 1:

10 videos per month that are 15 minutes long. Each video must have the same quality and keep the same standard as i've said above. Your starting salary would be 350$ in this scenario. It will grow exponentially once we start making money with the channel.

Option 2:

10 videos per month that are 30 minutes long. Again, each video must have the same quality and keep the same standard. Your starting salary in this scenario will be 600$. Again, it will grow exponentially once the channel starts making money. You will receive bonuses and occasional salary raises, based on how much money the channel makes. if i make a lot of money, you will make a lot of money too.

I've used this payment method with all my employees and everyone was very happy when the channels blew up.

Also I have a lot of experience on Youtube, I've been doing this for the last 6 years so I'd like you to trust that I know what i'm doing and success is inevitable if you listen to my feedback and you also do a good job.

With the current Youtube algorithm, any channel can blow up from the first video that it posts but of course, it must be an amazing video. I don't have this kind of expectations, but I would expect some good traction in the first 2 months of posting, we will post once every 3 days so in 2 months we would have 20 videos posted which would be enough to get us some good views, at least to see if the stats are good and it's worth to keep going.

Very Important: Please, don't apply for this job if you have any external factors in your life that can make you miss sessions of work ( studies, working for other companies )

I am only looking for long term partnerships so PLEASE do NOT contact me if you only want to "give it a shot" or if you don't intend to take this job seriously.

WHAT AM I SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR:
-you must to be coachable and apply what I am teaching you
-you must speak english fluently ( more important, understand it )
-you like american videos, you understand what type of videos american people would like to see
-consistent quality, every video should respect the style and dynamicity we d ---------- on
-you are a creative person
-you will care about these channels as much as I will, this is the only way to make quality videos.

THINGS THAT WILL END OUR COLLABORATION
-you lie to me ( this is the most important one, if it happens once our collaboration will instantly end )
-you don't consistently respect what I will teach you. As I said, every video should be top quality.
-you miss multiple sessions without having a real emergency. Our channel will depend on your work. Not posting on it would damage the algorithm. Only real emergencies are allowed for missing videos. Like serious health problems or family issues.
-you are lazy and you aren't doing your best to make good videos ( i already ended multiple collaborations because of laziness, i am incredibly good at detecting it )

Of course, I will always tell you when something is wrong and needs changed. I will give you warnings if you are not respecting what I've said above, except for lying. No warnings there.

I don't need you to work during specific hours, you can d ---------- when you want to make the videos. i just need them delivered on time.

If you think you are suitable for this job, i will give you a script for you to make a video to see how good you are. The video should be around 10 minutes long, i can't accept 1 minute samples because i've done that before and they were much better than what the long videos looked like. 1 minute videos are much easier to make than 10-15 minutes videos. Not even talking about the 30 minute videos. So i want to see your skill on longer videos.
