Job Summary
Comfort Care NJ is seeking a motivated Outgoing Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support our home care services business. This role focuses on generating leads through effective outreach and managing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
- Draft personalized outreach emails to initiate communication.
2. Social Media Management:
- Post engaging content on social media platforms and website
- Analyze social media metrics to assess engagement and effectiveness.
3. Tracking and Reporting:
- Set daily start-of-day goals and track end-of-day results.
- Monitor lead progress and report on outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications
Candidates should have experience in lead generation or sales, ideally within the Home Care or Health Care sectors. A solid understanding of lead generation techniques, CRM software, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in digital marketing tools being a plus.
