Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated Sales Representative to help grow Starcrew.ai’s customer base. You will be responsible for cold calling leads, introducing them to our AI receptionist solution, booking demos, and closing sales.
This role combines a steady base income with strong commission potential — ideal for someone eager to grow with an ambitious AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

Call and email potential clients daily to introduce Starcrew.ai’s services

Schedule and host short demo calls or guide prospects to our demo portal

Follow up with interested leads and close new accounts

Keep accurate notes and track leads in our CRM system

Meet monthly sales and performance targets

Qualifications

Experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting (preferred)

Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written

Professional, confident, and persuasive on the phone

Motivated to earn commissions and hit sales goals

Stable internet connection and quiet remote work setup

Familiarity with SaaS or AI tools is a plus
