Video Content Producer for IG and Tik Tok (Bridal/Fashion)

We are a New Zealand–based bridal fashion brand with a global audience. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Producer to help us grow our TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest channels. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities
- Edit and color grade 4K video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest.
- Research and implement weekly platform trends, ensuring all videos capture attention.
- Manage daily posting schedule (2–3 posts per day across platforms).
- Repurpose existing content into multiple optimized formats.
- Create Pinterest boards and publish regular fresh content for brides.
- Maintain an organized content library (Google Drive/Dropbox).
- Track and report analytics weekly, suggesting strategies for growth.

Requirements
-Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok/IG Reels).
-Strong sense of style and aesthetics in fashion/bridal/beauty.
-Skilled in video editing software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut desktop).
-Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest algorithms and trends.
-Ability to deliver consistently in 4K resolution.
-Excellent communication in English.

Preferred
-Female candidate, or strong experience working with bridal/fashion content.
-Previous work in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

Compensation
Full-time, remote, salary range: $800–1,000 USD/month depending on experience.
