Remote B2C Appointment Setter (Full-Time) – Real Estate Position
We’re looking for a sharp, dependable, and conversationally skilled B2C Appointment Setter to join our growing marketing consulting agency. We work with home building companies to generate high-quality leads—and your job is to help turn those leads into booked appointments.
This is NOT cold calling. All leads are warm (inbound or ad-based). Your role is to call, qualify, and schedule the right prospects.
You must be:
- Fluent in English with strong confidence and clarity
- Able to work full-time in US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
- Skilled in handling objections, building rapport, and staying calm on the phone
- Committed — not flaky. We want serious professionals looking for long-term work
- Familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) or confident in learning fast
- Tech-savvy and reliable with a quiet work environment
What You’ll Do:
- Call warm leads quickly (speed to lead = less than 5 minutes)
- Ask qualifying questions (training provided)
- Book appointments directly into the calendar
- Confirm and reschedule appointments when needed
- Take great notes and update lead statuses in GHL
- Report daily performance and communication logs
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
- Clear spoken English and good energy on calls
- Fast internet, headset, and backup power/internet preferred
- Experience with CRMs, GoHighLevel, or similar tools (a major plus)
Compensation: We’re open to skill-based tiers:
- Base pay: $1,000/month USD
- Bonuses: $10–$25 per booked appointment depending on quality
- Performance growth: Opportunities to grow to $1,500+/month with consistent results
