Casually Curated Co is a new lifestyle and affiliate brand sharing Amazon finds that make life easier, prettier, and more organized. This season, we’re going all-in on gift guides — creating beautiful, shoppable content using affiliate links across Pinterest, Instagram, and our blog. We’re just getting started and looking for a creative content manager excited to grow with us.
???? Responsibilities
Pinterest (Primary Role):
• Create, upload, and schedule fresh pins weekly using Canva and Pinterest Scheduler/Tailwind
• Design visually cohesive pin templates that fit our brand style (aesthetic + minimal)
• Write keyword-rich pin titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for SEO
• Manage Pinterest boards and organize content by theme (home, work, lifestyle, gift guides, etc.)
• Track performance analytics and suggest improvements for reach and conversions
• Repurpose blog content and TikTok videos into Pinterest pins
• Research trending keywords and seasonal product ideas (especially for gift guides)
Instagram (Secondary Role):
• Help plan and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
• Create carousel posts, stories, and graphics in Canva
• Write engaging captions with hashtags and CTAs
• Repurpose content from TikTok and Pinterest for cross-platform consistency
• Track engagement (saves, shares, reach) and provide simple reports

???? You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience managing Pinterest accounts (brand or client)
• Are confident using Canva, Pinterest, Tailwind, and Meta Business Suite
• Have an eye for clean, aesthetic design and on-brand visuals
• Understand SEO, keyword strategy, and affiliate-friendly content
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and good at following direction
• Bonus: Familiar with Amazon Influencer or affiliate marketing
