Amazon Account Manager & Arbitrage Sourcing Specialist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and reliable professional with proven experience in Amazon account management, online arbitrage sourcing, brand approvals, and e-commerce accounting. Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of the Amazon Seller Central account

Product research and profitable lead sourcing (using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, etc.) for online arbitrage and wholesale

Navigating brand approvals, ungating, and maintaining seller compliance

Optimizing product listings and inventory to maximize sales and Buy Box wins

Overseeing order fulfillment, returns, and customer support

Handling all account bookkeeping, reconciliation, and profit/loss analysis

Monthly financial reporting and actionable insights to drive results

Ensuring account health, staying up to date with Amazon policies, and proactively solving issues

Developing and maintaining processes for scalable business growth

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA/FBM accounts (Seller Central)

Strong online arbitrage sourcing abilities with a track record in the UK/EU or US marketplaces

Familiar with tools: Keepa, SellerAmp, RevSeller, Jungle Scout, Tactical Arbitrage, and spreadsheet analysis

Proven experience with Amazon ungating, brand approvals, or similar compliance workflows

E-commerce accounting or bookkeeping skills — experience preparing profit-loss reports and managing expenses

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making

Excellent English communication and organizational skills

Integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in business operations

Nice to Have
Experience with repricing tools, PPC, or external promotions

Familiarity with international marketplaces (EU, US, UK, CA, AU)

Advanced Excel or data visualization skills

SOP creation for Amazon business operations
