Video creation support

I am looking for someone who can create a 5-6 minute video. I have a song in mind I'd like to have playing in the background while short video clips and pictures are playing and timed to the music. My intent is for the audio/video to be playing in the background while I am speaking to an audience. I will provide the song and pictures/videos, but artistic and creative inputs from he designer would be most welcome. This is a one-time job for now, but I will need help with future projects. The salary amount can be discussed based on how many hours of work are anticipated. I need this done by October 15th.
