Executive Virtual Assistant for Founder of Honey Cloudz (Part-Time)

Honey Cloudz is a U.S.-based, female-founded brand that’s changing the game in women’s comfort wear — we make patented stay-put bra inserts and breast forms that actually stay in place. Our products are sold online and in major retailers, and we’re growing fast!

I’m Angela, the founder, and I’m looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant who can help me manage day-to-day operations, organize my calendar, and take tasks off my plate so I can focus on growing the brand.

Your Role:

You’ll work directly with me to support daily operations, marketing coordination, and admin organization. Every day is a little different — so I’m looking for someone who’s resourceful, dependable, and loves keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize my calendar (Outlook, Gmail, Calendly sync)

Help coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups

Support social media management — scheduling posts, tracking influencer activity, light content updates

Assist with Shopify, Gorgias, and other ecommerce tools. You must know Shopify for this role. Do not apply if you don't know Shopify.

Handle light data entry, reports, and Excel/Google Sheets tracking. Must have solid experience with excel, google sheets as we use this frequently.

Draft and organize documents in Word, Excel, and Google Workspace

Prioritize tasks and communicate daily progress clearly

Anticipate needs — help make things easier before being asked

?? You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have excellent English communication (spoken and written)

Are tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Outlook, Google Drive, and Shopify

Are highly organized and detail-oriented

Can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Take initiative — not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements

Have experience supporting founders, CEOs, or ecommerce businesses is a plus.

???? Schedule & Compensation:

Part Time to start, 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday. This can grow into full time with the right person. and plan to hand off more tasks with time and the right person who is a good fit.

Availability: Must be able to work U.S. Eastern hours for 4 hours/day. Within 8pm-12pm PHL is preferred (8am-12pm EST)

Pay: $464 PHP hourly, paid weekly. Minimum hours is 20 per week. Part time to start. Can move into full time.
