Onboarding Specialist (GoHighLevel & Meta Setup) – Part-Time / As Needed

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support our client onboarding process at Feed Studio.

Your main tasks will include:

- Setting up the backend in GoHighLevel for new clients.

- Transferring course content into GHL (when required) and ensuring it matches the original design.

- Assisting with Meta audience setup (if needed).

You will receive clear instructions and Loom video walkthroughs for each task. Attention to detail and accuracy are key – we value quality and want our clients to have a seamless onboarding experience.

Scope of work:

- Part-time, on-demand role (approx. 1 major client per month to start, growing towards 4 per month).

- Tasks per client typically take several hours, depending on complexity.

- Flexible working hours, as long as deadlines are met.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn quickly).

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.

- Reliable communication and timely delivery.

- High attention to detail – our clients expect quality.
