Title: Online Business Manager (OBM) – GHL Specialist (Remote, Philippines)

We’re looking for a results-driven OBM with GoHighLevel expertise to join our team and take charge of systems, client success, and business growth.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimise funnels, automations, and pipelines in GHL.
Oversee lead generation campaigns to get calls booked consistently.
Onboard and check in with clients to ensure results + retention.
Lead the team (VA + Video Editor), assign tasks, and track KPIs.
Manage event logistics for retreats and workshops.
Report directly to the business owner with clear growth-focused insights.


You’re Perfect If You:
Have solid experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, workflows).
Know how to run lead gen campaigns and track conversions.
Are confident leading a small team and managing projects end-to-end.
Love creating structure, processes, and accountability.
Are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
