Looking for a Part-time E-mail Marketing Specialist for our growing company

We are one of the fastest growing E-commerce companies in the US. And we are looking for a dedicated part-time E-mail marketing specialist for our growing company

We are looking for a hard working and smart and efficient employee who wants to grow with our company long term. You will be developing new skills and be able to grow into a higher position over time. (you should think about what skills you would like to learn to achieve this position)

Pay is $200 a month Part-Time with opportunity to grow into a full-time position. We will have quarterly reviews to access your progress within our company.

Work is Tues-Sat 4 hours a day. Starting at 8AM-4Pm Philippines times.
Breaks are 1hr Total Daily For eating, etc.
You will be required to download screenshot monitor to track work on your computer.
You will be required to check in every morning with your manager on a daily call with the team.
You will be required to Update the team on your progress at the end of the day.

Your Job Responsibilities
-Learning new email marketing skills
-E-mail marketing for our e-commerce company
-Creating Copy for our email marketing campaign
-Setting up auto-responders
-Tracking our Numbers, Sales, Open Rates, Click Rates,
-Split testing headlines

You must be motivated and willing to learn new skills.
You must be organized.
You must follow our company policy of creating SOP's for each part of our business
and updating them
