What you’ll do:
Respond to customer inquiries with speed, empathy, and clarity.
Use AI tools to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency (chat assist, drafting, ticket tagging, etc.).
Resolve issues across
Bring energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
Adapt to new tools, systems, and platforms as we continue to scale.
What we expect you bring:
Customer support experience (ecom/online business preferred).
Strong English comprehension and communication skills (both written + spoken).
Proficiency in leveraging AI to streamline workflows (chatbots, AI ticketing, writing tools, etc.).
Enthusiasm for people — you enjoy solving problems, answering questions, and making customers feel valued.
Reliability, responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
