???? Booking + Sponsorship Outreach VA for Independent Music Artist (Part-Time)

Hey! I’m a music artist looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help me book live shows and connect with brands for sponsorship opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of doing targeted outreach to event organizers, venues, and local/national brands using email, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Weekly Tasks Include:

Research and build lists of venues, event coordinators, and sponsors

Send personalized cold emails and DMs (scripts/templates provided)

Manage basic follow-ups and outreach tracking in a spreadsheet

Respond to any interested leads and help schedule calls

Report weekly results: contacts made, replies, bookings, sponsorship interest

You’re a Fit If You:

Have experience with lead generation, cold outreach, or sales

Are fluent in English writing (you’ll send professional messages)

Can follow up without being spammy

Are organized and consistent

Bonus: Familiar with music/events/sponsorships (not required)

$125/month

(~5–10 hours per week — results-focused, flexible hours)
