***Who We Are Looking For***
We are seeking a critical thinker, strategic planner, detail-oriented, and task-driven professional to support our U.S.-based clients and operational team. Previous experience in promotional products is a plus, but not required.

***Responsibilities***
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including:
+ Creating and updating client invoices
+ Creating and updating factory purchase orders (POs)
+ Importing, creating, updating, and paying factory bills via our payment system
- Weekly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts Payable / Receivable management
- Generate reports for team commissions and bonuses
- Track vendor communications and payment status
- Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules and flag issues proactively
- Assist in creating process documentation / SOPs
- Communicate clearly and reliably with internal tea ---------- mbers and clients.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned

***Must-Have Qualifications***
- 2+ years of U.S. client accounting experience
- 2+ years of admin/data entry experience
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) — Non-negotiable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) — Non-negotiable
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher

***Tech & Security Requirements***
- Operating System / Browser: Windows 11 and latest Chrome or Edge for Cloud PC access
- Work Environment: Quiet area suitable for video calls and focused work
- Internet: Stable, high-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload recommended)
- Security: Up-to-date antivirus software required
- Confidentiality / NDA: All files, client information, and company data must remain confidential. Access to client files is only via the provided Cloud PC; no local copies allowed
- Headset & Webcam: Required for video calls and occasional training sessions

***Work Schedule & Pay***
Core hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM Houston time
Part-time: ~15–25 hours per week (3–4 days)
Potential to grow to full-time
Pay: $4–$9 USD/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote, Philippines only
