Build Fully Automated AI Growth Engine (Zapier + AI + Socials)

We want to build a hands-off Growth Engine that uses Zapier + AI tools to fully automate social media marketing for small businesses.

The engine should:

Generate monthly content plans (JSON).

Auto-create videos, carousels, memes, and a lead magnet.

Publish across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Capture performance data and prepare the next content plan.

We already have Zap 1 (script factory) partially working — your job is to finish it and build out the remaining Zaps.

Zap 1 – Script Factory

Monthly trigger.

ChatGPT creates JSON content plan (12–14 items).

Code step validates JSON.

Save JSON to Google Drive /GrowthEngine/Plans/.

Zap 2 – Distributor

Detects new JSON plan.

Parses JSON into individual items.

Routes items into subfolders:

Zap 3 – Worker Bots

Each Queue folder triggers its own worker:

Zap 4 – Publisher
