Role Overview

We’re hiring a Creative Researcher to fuel our creative team with competitor inspiration and deep customer insights. You’ll combine daily ad research with in-depth analysis of customer psychology (reviews, forums, comments).

Responsibilities

Daily competitor research (Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, YouTube Ads).

Document hooks, captions, formats from competing fragrance/beauty brands.

Deep research into reviews, forums (Reddit, Trustpilot, Klaviyo replies).

Spot recurring pain points, desires, objections.

Create weekly insights & hypotheses for creative tests.

Weekly Deliverables

20+ competitor ad examples with notes.

5–10 new customer insights from reviews/forums.

3–5 creative hypotheses documented.

1 weekly insight report.

Requirements

Experience in creative or market research.

Strong English reading/writing.

Analytical mindset (turns raw data into usable insights).

Organized & consistent.

Offer: $650/month, full-time, long-term, remote.
