We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our collections department. The role focuses on speaking with clients regarding declined or overdue payments, assisting them with payment arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and respond to clients regarding declined or overdue payments.
• Provide account details, payment options, and resolve billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and supportive service while handling sensitive matters.
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous collections experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with clients daily.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours.
This is a remote, full-time VA position with opportunities for long-term growth.
