We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Admin (Retail) to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on marketing coordination experience and a strong desire to grow in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on proposing and creating on-brand marketing styles for retail campaigns, organizing assets/calendars, and supporting cross-functional tasks—with plenty of variety day-to-day.
General hours: Schedule varies; it can be dayshift or graveyard shift, typically during US Pacific Time hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Proposing and creating marketing styles for retail (visual guidelines, tone, layouts, and templates for social,
Building/editing basic marketing assets (social posts, simple graphics, product one-pagers, landing copy) using brand standards.
Managing content libraries and folders (naming, versions, filing) to keep assets organized and accessible.
Performing online research and supporting admin tasks for operations.
Completing assigned training and documentation tasks.
Adapting to different kinds of tasks as priorities shift—no two days are the same.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
REQUIREMENTS – DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET THESE:
Good English—both spoken and written.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination/administration or a similar role (Preferred).
Prior experience working graveyard/flexible shifts.
Strong attention to detail—you consistently catch errors and ensure brand consistency.
High adaptability; comfortable switching between tasks, tools, and timelines.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple platforms simultaneously.
Experience with project tools
