JOB OVERVIEW

We operate multiple 5-star short and mid-term rental properties in Miami, Florida. Our homes are listed on Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and Peerspace. We are building a systemized, professional management process and need a reliable VA to help us provide outstanding guest experiences while keeping operations organized.

Responsibilities:

Respond to Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and Peerspace inquiries quickly and warmly (scripts provided).

Manage pre-check-in, during-stay, and post-check-out guest communications.

Send rental agreement links and ensure guests complete them before check-in.

Keep calendars synced across Airbnb, FF, and Peerspace (block dates as needed).

Enter guest & lead details into our Guest & Lead Tracker (Google Sheet).

Follow up with past guests for repeat stays.

Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and our main maintenance person.

Log all maintenance in our Property Bible.

Prepare a weekly summary report (occupancy, leads, bookings, reviews, maintenance).

Use Slack daily for team updates and communication.


Requirements:

Prior Airbnb / short-term rental communication experience.

Excellent written English and professional tone.

Overlap with Miami EST time zone for at least 4 hours/day.

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable internet.

Comfortable using Slack.


Bonus Skills (not required):

Experience with HostAway, OwnerRez, or TenantCloud.

Familiarity with Zapier or PriceLabs/Wheelhouse.

Experience managing Peerspace bookings.


Future Growth:
There may be opportunities in the future to assist with basic phone support (via VOIP) during U.S. daytime hours, but this is not required at the start.
