Kajabi and Social Media

About Me
I run an online healing and training business that offers workshops, courses, and retreats. I’m looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant who can help me streamline and grow the digital side of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in Kajabi, funnels, and digital marketing who is proactive and happy to learn the unique voice and style of my brand.

MUST BE detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Kajabi platform management: build and update landing pages, create and upload new offers and products, set up funnels, checkouts, and automations


Email marketing: draft and schedule newsletters and sequences in Kajabi (or similar platforms), repurpose content into email campaigns with my guidance

Social media: schedule and post across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, repurpose my content (blogs, podcasts, training clips) into engaging posts

Content support: assist with formatting blogs, graphics (Canva), and PDFs, provide light copy support for page sections and captions (I’ll provide guidance and voice)

Requirements

Solid experience using Kajabi (or very similar platforms like Kartra, Thinkific, Teachable, ClickFunnels)

Confident with email marketing and basic automation setup

Familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Metricool, Buffer, Later)

Good written English and ability to follow brand voice

Reliable internet connection and availability for check-ins in UK working hours (at least partial overlap)

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow through independently

Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus!)

Canva or simple graphic design skills

SEO basics (blogs, meta tags, keywords)

Podcast or video editing and uploading

Role Details

Remote (Philippines)

Part-time to start (approx. 10–15 hours per week, with room to grow)

Long-term role for the right person

Pay: competitive hourly rate based on experience
