We are a boutique law firm focused on a highly regulated niche industry. We assist clients nationwide with licensing, compliance, labeling, and related regulatory matters before federal and state agencies.

Role Description
We are seeking an as-needed attorney to assist with recurring monthly client filings and related regulatory work. This position is ideal for an attorney interested in flexible, project-based work in a specialized practice area. For the right candidate, this role could grow into a more regular and ongoing position.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly compliance filings for clients. This will take about 10-12 hours a month.
- Review supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Conduct targeted legal research related to regulatory compliance.
- Assist with drafting compliance-related materials and correspondence.

Qualifications

- J.D. and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Prior experience with regulatory compliance, administrative law, or similar fields strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle recurring tasks.
