Virtual Assistant

Position: Virtual Assistant
Hours: Flexible – Must meet deadlines
Trial: 2-week trial with potential for long-term placement

Duties Include:

Creating marketing content (graphics, ebooks, social media captions, short videos)

Designing 25–50 flyers for the upcoming tax season

Creating flyers for hiring campaigns & promotions

Updating Wix landing pages and assisting with SEO

Assisting with GoHighLevel automation

Managing email organization and light scheduling

Social media posting & engagement

Following brand guidelines while being creative and responsive

Qualifications:

Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and other graphic/video tools

Familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Wix website editing

Strong communication & time management skills

Able to meet deadlines without heavy supervision

Must not have a heavy client load – focus and follow-through required

Experience with ChatGPT/AI tools for content creation is a plus
