We are looking for a motivated Shift Lead to supervise and manage a team of chat operators on a subscription-based platform. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and experienced in managing remote teams, with strong skills in communication and sales.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of chat operators during your shift.
• Monitor chats and ensure operators follow scripts and guidelines.
• Track KPIs: number of messages, conversions, sales per subscriber.
• Provide daily feedback and coaching to operators.
• Identify VIP subscribers and ensure they receive priority attention.
• Compile daily/weekly reports for management.
• Train and onboard new tea
Requirements:
• Strong written English (fluent and natural).
• Previous experience as a chat operator, team lead, or sales supervisor.
• Strong sales and customer engagement mindset.
• Proven ability to work with KPIs and achieve targets.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Availability for consistent daily shifts.
