Traffic Manager / Growth Specialist for Subscription Platform

We are looking for a skilled Traffic Manager / Growth Specialist to drive targeted subscribers to a subscription-based platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with social media growth, Reddit posting, TikTok/Instagram promotion, and paid traffic campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Generate consistent traffic to model profiles.
• Post and promote on Reddit (multiple accounts, daily posting).
• Create and grow TikTok/Instagram accounts (content provided).
• Manage Twitter growth and engagement.
• Set up and optimize paid ads (Telegram, Reddit, Twitter, other channels).
• Track and report daily KPIs: new subscribers, cost per subscriber, ROI.
• Test new traffic sources and scale what works.

Requirements:
• Experience with traffic generation (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram).
• Knowledge of VPNs/proxies and account warming (to avoid bans).
• Strong analytical skills — ability to track CPS, ROI, conversions.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven.
• Ability to deliver measurable results weekly.
