Airbnb Lead Generation & Outreach VA (Dubai Experience)

We’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to focus purely on outreach and lead generation for our Airbnb in Dubai. Your role will be to find potential guests and drive them to our Airbnb listing - Our agent will handle the bookings and guest management side for now (providing you have the skills, experience and know how this could change in the future).

What you’ll do:

- Proactively search for and respond to people looking for short-term rentals in Dubai (via Facebook groups, Linkedin, expat forums, relocation networks, etc.)
- Share our property in the right communities at the right time to attract leads
- Build a pipeline of potential guest enquiries
- Suggest new ways to generate exposure and fill our calendar
- Provide weekly updates on outreach activity and results
- Contact local companies in dubai to establish connections and offer stays for employees

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in Airbnb / short-term rental lead generation in Dubai market (please share examples/case studies)
- Ideally based in Dubai (so you know the local market and right communities)
-* Bonus if you have experience managing Airbnb's in Dubai including guest check ins/check outs, channel managers, customer enquiries etc
- Attentive, resourceful, and able to take initiative without constant supervision
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Results-driven and proactive in finding opportunities

Hours & Pay:
Part-time to start (10 hours/week) - first month test period with potential to grow if successful
