Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from provided databases or cold lists
* Clearly explain the value of our Professional Website Services
* Qualify leads and handle objections confidently
* Follow up on interested leads and close sales
* Maintain CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
* Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

* 2+ years of outbound or sales experience (website/digital service sales preferred)
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Comfortable working with scripts and CRM tools
* Should be able to work in USA Business hours
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
* Ability to work independently and remotely
