We are looking for a dedicated full-time Virtual Assistant to join our growing dog training and boarding company. You’ll collaborate directly with the business owner, operations manager, and a supportive team. This is a long-term role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and evolving environment.
Responsibilities: Your role will cover a wide range of office and administrative tasks, including:
Regular Tasks:
- Handle all inquiries about dog training, daycare, and boarding services by answering/responding to customer calls, texts,
- Manage booking reservations, scheduling sessions, and processing payments in our booking system: Gingr
- Customer follow-ups – calling or messaging to confirm bookings/sessions, evaluations, payments, and other important information.
- Handling data entry across platforms (Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, and others)
- CRM pipeline support – tagging leads, updating client status, and moving prospects through sales stages.
- Managing and following up on tasks and team reminders via
- Work on any assigned one-time tasks and/or other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Depending on the need, you will also be asked to help with other tasks such as but not limited to:
- Editing photos and videos for social media, flyers, and online courses
- Content scheduling – uploading posts to social platforms or newsletters (not just editing media).
- Assisting with applicant screening and interviews on Indeed
- Calculating and updating basic performance and sales metrics (revenue, margins, closing rates, etc.)
- Placing of dog food orders, other retail products, and office needs.
- Assist in managing inventory.
- Other admin tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn new tools
Confident in handling difficult customer over the phone
Commitment to strict SOP compliance
Stable internet connection (video calls via Google Meet will be part of your shift)
Technical Requirements: NOTE THIS WILL BE CHECKED DURING INTERVIEW
Dual-monitor setup (Laptop or Desktop)
Processor: Intel Core i5 (or equivalent/higher)
Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps stable connection, with backup option
Quiet workspace with UPS/power backup
Schedule: 4 days a week (with 1 hour break)
Sunday - OFF
Monday – OFF
Tuesday – 9am to 7:15pm MDT/MST
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - 9am to 7:15pm MDT/MST
Friday - 9am to 7:15pm MDT/MST
Saturday - 9am to 7:15pm MDT/MST
* Schedule shifting will happen every 6 months and will become Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, but is subject to change depending on management’s discretion.
NOTE: We operate 365 days a year to ensure our dogs receive the best care possible. Tea
Hourly Rate: $5.50/hr on the first 3 months.
$6/hr if you pass your first 3 months' evaluation
$7/hr if you pass your first 6 months' evaluation
Guaranteed yearly increase in hourly rate.
