We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative with a Registered Nurse (RN) license (Philippines) to support our Homecare Sales and Caregiver Recruitment Teams.

What You’ll Do

Be the first voice of compassion & professionalism when speaking with families exploring homecare services.

Handle pre-screened calls passed from our Care Coordinators, guiding families through their next steps.

Schedule consultations directly into our calendar system when clients are ready, and manage thoughtful follow-ups for those who need more time.

Support the team with customer service, marketing, sales support, scheduling, and recruitment coordination.

Learn and use tools such as WellSky Homecare, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets to keep everything organized and on track.

Assist with billing and payroll tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Active Registered Nurse (Philippines license required).

Strong customer service and communication skills—you’ll be guiding clients with empathy and clarity.

Comfort with technology and software tools (Google Calendar, Sheets, Excel, CRMs, etc.).

A proactive, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Someone who thrives in a supportive team environment and values long-term client relationships.
