Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled GenAI Specialist to join our instructional design team on a part-time basis. This individual will leverage generative AI tools to create high-quality images, videos, and other multimedia assets that support our instructional courses.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with cutting-edge AI technologies and has a strong eye for visual design, ensuring that all AI-generated assets align with our brand standards, course objectives, and learner experience goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Generated Content Creation
- Use generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, OpenAI, etc.) to create custom images, graphics, and short-form videos for eLearning courses.
- Experiment with prompts to achieve desired aesthetics and instructional alignment.
- Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality, clarity, and brand compliance.

2. Instructional Media Integration
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to understand course goals and learner needs.
- Deliver visual and video assets optimized for integration into SCORM-compliant modules.
- Support designers in creating interactive or scenario-based multimedia experiences using AI-generated content.

3. Research & Innovation
- Stay up-to-date on emerging GenAI tools and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Develop best practices, prompt libraries, and style guidelines for AI-generated instructional media.

Qualifications
* Required
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI platforms for content creation (e.g., images, animations, videos).
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and how visuals support learning.
- Proficiency with common content editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, or equivalents).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established branding and visual guidelines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

*Preferred
- Experience in eLearning content development or supporting instructional design teams.
- Familiarity with SCORM standards and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise.
- Ability to troubleshoot and refine AI outputs to maintain a high production standard.
