JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We operate short-term rental properties in Florida and Georgia and are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. This role is long-term and ideal for someone experienced in bookkeeping, compliance tracking, and online marketing.

Responsibilities include:

???? Admin & Compliance

Collect and organize W9s from contractors.

Maintain compliance calendar (tax filings, permits, renewals).

Track and document material participation hours for IRS reporting.

Prepare organized folders for accountant handoff at year-end.

???? Bookkeeping / Finance

Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online weekly.

Organize receipts and reconcile accounts.

Generate monthly income/expense reports.

???? Marketing & Platform Management

Update Airbnb & VRBO listings weekly (calendar refresh, pricing, content).

Post property availability and promotions in local Facebook groups.

Respond to basic inquiries/messages with templates.

Assist with improving our direct booking platform (coordinate with freelancers if needed).

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with QuickBooks Online required.

Familiarity with Airbnb/VRBO or STR operations preferred.

Must be proactive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
